Senior Manager, Major Gifts and Planned Giving: Will focus on identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding individuals donors to make transformative donations through annual donations, multi-year pledge commitments, estate planning and other financial vehicles. The Senior Manager will also support the strategy for the annual, monthly, mid-level and donor circle programs.

Training & Resource Development Manager: Will oversee the design and delivery of a wide range of highly dynamic coach trainings (in-person, virtual and self-directed digital), as well as develop tools and systems to ensure best training practices across the organization. Will ensure the highest standards in coach, educator and staff resources (manuals, toolkits, guides) for programs and support the on-going development of staff training and resource design skills.

Challenger Baseball Administration Coordinator: An administration powerhouse who will support the Challenger Baseball team in the program coordination of Challenger Baseball leagues across the country, while becoming a subject matter expert in how Jays Care delivers successful outcome-based sports programs for children, youth and adults facing significant barriers to participation. Will have a high attention to detail and streamline processes that will help launch, support, and inspire best-in-class programs across the country.

RBI Spring Baseball League Convenor: (Part-time, Contract) Will support the planning and implementation of our 10 week inclusive baseball/softball afterschool program in schools across Toronto. Convenors will provide on the ground support to coaches, support with day to day program logistics, administration and communications, and play a key role in organizing the end of season tournament.

RBI Spring Baseball for Development Coach: (Part-time, Contract) Will lead our 10 week inclusive baseball/softball afterschool program in schools across Toronto. Coaches are responsible for preparing and leading weekly practices and games that focus on promoting belonging and connection, are trauma sensitive and use variations to keep all students included.

RBI Summer Edition, Site Manager: A summer seasonal role (mid-June to August) to serve as part of the program leadership team of RBI SE. The ideal candidate has significant experience in planning and leading experiential programming for youth. Working at one of our 14 program sites in Toronto, they will be tasked with coordinating all aspects of program operation at a site with 200 child participants and 50 staff, including staff supervision, supply management and program quality. The ideal candidate has experience with in-person, telephone, and digital communication methods with a variety of stakeholders.
